Welcome to Seven Strive (“Seven Strive,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sevenstrive.com (the “Site”) and any subscription, service, or offer purchased through it, including the Starter, Growth, and Scale creative subscription plans and the 3-Day Creative Sprint. By using the Site or subscribing to any Seven Strive service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Seven Strive is a creative subscription studio providing unlimited graphic design, video editing, AI commercial video, branding, web/app design, and marketing creative services to businesses on a flat monthly-fee, queue-based model.
2. Our Services
We offer three ongoing subscription tiers — Starter, Growth, and Scale — each with a defined number of active requests at a time and unlimited queued requests and revisions, and a one-time 3-Day Creative Sprint entry offer. Current pricing, inclusions, and turnaround times for each plan are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
- Unlimited requests, one active at a time (per plan tier): “Unlimited” refers to the total number of requests and revisions you may submit over your subscription; only 1 (Starter), 2 (Growth), or 3 (Scale) requests are worked on simultaneously, with the remainder queued in priority order.
- Turnaround time: Standard turnaround is 12–48 hours per request from the point work begins, not from the point of submission if your queue is full. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on request complexity and current queue volume.
- Revisions: Unlimited revisions are included on all plans for work delivered under your subscription, provided revision requests stay within the original brief’s scope. Requests that materially change scope may be treated as a new request in your queue.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout in accordance with applicable Indian tax law.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the billing cycle you select at signup.
- The 3-Day Creative Sprint fee (₹3,999) is a one-time charge and is credited toward your first month’s subscription fee if you subscribe to a monthly plan within [X days] of completing your Sprint. It is not refundable as cash and is not credited if you do not subscribe.
- We do not auto-bill you into a subscription following the Creative Sprint; any ongoing subscription requires your separate, active confirmation.
4. Pause & Cancellation
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal or by contacting your Project Manager.
- Pausing stops billing for future cycles but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; work in your active queue at the time of cancellation will be completed up to that date where reasonably possible.
5. Ownership & Deliverables
- Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables produced for you, including source files where specified in your plan (e.g., Figma/Adobe CC files).
- Seven Strive retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing (standard on the Scale plan via NDA, available as an add-on on other plans).
- Any third-party assets used in your deliverables (stock photography, licensed fonts, music, etc.) remain subject to the license terms of their original providers.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete briefs and timely feedback. Delays in your feedback may extend delivery timelines for your active and queued requests.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, imagery, trademarks, or brand assets you provide to us for use in your project.
- You agree not to submit requests for content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that we reasonably determine violates applicable advertising or medical-advertising regulations (relevant for healthcare and regulated-industry clients).
7. Limitation of Liability
Seven Strive provides creative and marketing services on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including business losses resulting from campaign performance, delayed turnaround, or third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta ad policy or algorithm changes).
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email or WhatsApp.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State —Mathura Uttar Pradesh].
